This paper introduces the developin g situation of the foreign agricultu ral information techniques,analyzes on the factors restricting the develop ment of our country' s agricultural information techniq ue,and puts forward some coun-termeasures for promoting the development of our country' s agricultural information techniq ue from aspects of determining the rational evaluation principles,strengthening the support for the r esearch,deepening the technical me asures,and in-novating the popularizing mechanis m,etc.
