Analysis on the Hysteretic Nature of the Development of the County Economy in the Poor Areas

对贫困地区县域经济发展的滞后性进行了深入的分析,指出只有大力推进县域内产业结构的调整,把以农业为主导的经济发展模式逐步转换为以农、工、商一体化协调发展的经济模式,才是解决我国贫困地区县域经济发展滞后性的根本原则。

This paper makes deep analysis on the hysteretic nature of the developmen t of the county economy in the poor areas,and points out that only p romoting the adjustment of the count y industrial structure vigorously,transforming the economic developing mode of being gu ided by the agriculture into the coordinated economic developing mode of integrating the agriculture,industry and merch andise are the fundamental principl es to change the hysteretic nature of the develop-ment of the county economy in the poor areas.
