摘要
运用观点陈述、经验总结的方法对科技成果转化的涵义、规律、系统、模式评价指标、效益特征、成功标准以及转化率低等有关问题进行了综述。
By using the methods of the opinions r epresenting and experiences summin g up,this paper overviews the connotation,regulation,system,m odel,evaluation index and standard of the transformation of scientific research achievements and some problems rela ted to the lower transformation ratio and others.
