针对当前国有企业创建学习型组织过程中存在的问题,从认识创建意义、培育科学理念、建立学习体系、完善工作机制、丰富活动载体等5个方面探讨了国企学习型组织创建的途径。

In the light of the problems existing in the course of creating the learnin g -type organization in state -owned enterprise,this paper probes into the channels of creating the learning -type organization in state -o wned enter-prise from five aspects of understan ding the significance of creating th e learning -type organization,fostering the scientific conception,perfecting the working mechanism,and enriching the supporters of the activities,etc.
