浅谈保险公司员工培训的目的和要求

Talking about the Purposes and Requirements of Insurance Company' s Personnel Training

从培训的目的出发,提出了保险公司在员工培训中应注意的5个问题:公司应有明确的培训目的和要求,培训前应让员工了解培训的计划和要求,培训计划要充分体现培训的目的和要求,培训期间不能随意变更培训的目的和要求,培训的考核和评估应紧密围绕着培训的目的和要求。

Starting from the training targets,this paper puts forward five problem s needing attention in insurance com-pany' s personnel training:the insurance company should have obvious trainin g purposes and requirements,before the training should let the personnel know the training plan and requirement s,the training plan should fully rep resent the training purposes and requirements,in the tr aining period the training purposes and requirements shouldn' t be changed arbitrarily,and the examination and evaluation o f the training should closely around the purposes and requirements of the training.
