摘要
根据在役护环探伤特点,提出了材质衰减、声程、噪声电平、紧力部位小齿透射损失等参数的测量以及缺陷相干区与非相干区、灵敏度、缺陷判别等工艺规范的确定,建立发电机护环超声波探伤较为统一的方法体系。
Discussion is carried out on measuring parameters such as ultrasonic attenuation of macro-crys-talline, beam path,noise level,teeth echoes from shrink-fitting area and determining defect coherent and nonco-herent regions and working sensitivity as well as descriminating defects to establish a unitized UT procedure sys-tem for in-service generator retaining rings.
