摘要
在各种超声厚壁管探伤方法的基础上,提出一种适于检测厚壁管内壁裂纹的新方法——变型横波端角反射法。讨论了端角反射和外壁对声束的汇聚作用。现场试验表明,该法灵敏度优于常规换能器。
On the basis of various ultrasonic testing methods of thick pipes,a new method testing the inner surface cracks of thick pipes is put forward using the mode conversion and the corner effect obtained by the crack and the inner surface. The reflection efficiency of the corner and the beam concentration by outer surface are dis-cussed. Site test shows the sensitivity is much higher than that of the conventional transducers.
