介绍了系统的硬件组成和软件设计。系统主要由Agilent公司的C尺寸VXI机箱E8403A和零槽控制器E8491B,以及我们自己开发的寄存器基的数据采集卡(16bits,10MHz)和时钟发生器构成。系统软件开发环境为NI公司的LabWin-dows/CVI。仪器驱动程序开发基于AgilentVISAI/O库,编程语言为C。
The hardware and software design of the data acquisition system based on VXIBus are discussed.A C-size VXI mainframe named E8403A and a Slot 0 module named E8491B from Agilent,a register-based data acquisition card 16bits,10MHz. and a timing generator developed by ourselves construct the system.The software of the system is developed under LabWindows/CVI from National Instruments.Instrument drivers are developed based on Agilent VISA I/O.
