摘要
研究了分层介质的无损测量方法。将被测介质样品放入同轴线内,终端接短路负载,在电磁波入射下,通过测量同轴线输入端的反射系数,即可反演出被测媒质各层的介电常数和各层厚度。
Nondestructive method for the measurement of multi-layered medium is studied. If a measured medium is placed in a coaxial line loaded by conducting short, the permittivities and thickness of each layer can be inverted by measuring electromagnetic reflection coefficients.
