摘要
介绍了压力容器声发射检验的基本原理和缺陷评定的准则,列出了声发射检验的基本步骤。检验结果表明,塔体上共发现19个有意义的声发射源,其中3个源内发现5条大的表面裂纹,长度分别为6～40mm,在另外一个源的焊缝内发现一处超标的条状夹渣缺陷。
Acoustic emission (AE) testing and defect evaluating principles of pressure vessels are introduced. AE testing procedures of pressure vessels are listed. Total 19 AE sources are found. Five surface cracks with lengthes from 6mm to 40mm are discovered in 3 AE sources. One reject slag is discovered in another AE source.
