摘要
介绍了基于现场总线技术的工业设备网络控制系统的体系结构。采用现场总线技术构造数字通信系统 ,实现对现场设备的实时监控和统一管理。设计了基于CAN总线的智能控制器 ,并重点阐述了该控制器设计中所涉及的数据采集、网络接口、抗干扰等关键技术。实践表明 ,该系统的实施有助于提高企业的生产和管理水平。
The architecture of the industrial equipment network control system based on fieldbus is introduced. By adopting technology of fieldbus, the digital communication system is established to implement real time monitoring and integrated management of field equipment. The intelligent controller based on CAN bus is designed, the critical technologies related in design, e.g., data acquisition, network interface and anti-interference, etc. are described. The practical operation shows that the implementation of system is helpful to enhance the production and management level in enterprises.
