摘要
光纤传感器常常采用超发光二极管光源(SLD),SLD光源的稳定性对系统整体性能有着关键的影响。所以在SLD应用前,对光源的测试评价的工作是非常有必要的。通常光源的全面测试是一项操作纷繁复杂、数据量巨大、后期数据处理繁琐的工作,因此针对不同的测试系统,以虚拟仪器的设计思想,基于LabVIEW平台,结合Matlab设计了一系列测评程序,以实现对光源测试的自动化,能大大提高光源测试效率和测试系统的可靠性。
Super-uminescent diode(SLD) are usually applied in fiber optical sensor. The stability of SLD has an vital effect on performance of entire system, so it is necessary to evaluate SLD before its application. Usually the test of the SLD is a complicated task,it will generate huge data to process. According to the idea of virtual instrument,we setup a series of program base on LabVIEW combine with Matlab, to implement the automatization of the SLD test ,also to enhance the efficiency and reliability of the test system.
