摘要
介绍了一种用于PMT型基因芯片荧光检测中的芯片扫描和数字信号采集系统,该系统基于LabVIEW构建,具有高灵敏度,灵活快速扫描,和软件多线程并行处理等优点,可以有效地完成荧光信号检测的目的。
In this paper, a scan and DAQ system for PMT microarray reader is described. This system ,which is based on LabVIEW, can effectively achieve the goal of acquire the fluorescence signal, and has characteristics of high-sensitivity, quick scan and synchronous of multithreading.
