加强师生双向互动 创新学生管理模式

On the Reinforcement on the Bipartite Relating Between Teacher and Students to Motivate the Mode of the Management To the Students

坚持以人为本,加强学生工作师生“双向互动”,推进大学生“三自”管理,是当前创新学生管理模式的有效途径。本文从当前我院学生工作管理现状出发,认为要创新学生管理模式,必须确立学生政工干部与学生双向互动的教育管理思想,通过在实践中推进“三自”管理,才能充分调动广大学生的积极性和主动性,挖掘学生潜能,做好学生工作,培养出更多适应社会的应用型人才。

Nowadays, the effective way to motivate the mode of the management to students is sticking to the principle of 'student-emphasizing ', reinforcing the bipartite relating between teacher and students in the students work, and improving the 'three self ' management to the college students. This article emphasizes the actuality of student work in our college. It believes that the mind of educational management of bipartite relating between student political cadres and the common students. Must be formed only by propelling the 'three self 'management that the teacher can arouse the students' enthusiasm and initiative, and dig out students' potential. Also, a well-organized work to students can educate more practical talents that can fit in with the society in the future.
