Planning Urban and Rural Development as a Whole to Solve the Three Dimensional Rural Issues

农业是当前我国经济最薄弱的环节,"三农"问题已成为制约我国经济发展、社会稳定的瓶颈。用科学发展观解决"三农"问题,始终坚持加强、支持、保护农业不动摇,统筹城乡经济社会发展,通过以人为本的发展,增加农民收入,平抑城乡居民收入差距,改善农民的生存和发展状况,切实实现好、维护好、发展好广大农民群众的根本利益。

Agriculture is the weakest tache of Chinese economy, the three dimensional rural issues has become the obstacle of Chinese economic development and social stabilization. We should solve the three dimensional rural issues with scientific development view, persist in strengthening, sustaining, protecting agriculture, planning urban and rural social and economic development of urban and rural areas as a whole, increasing farmers' income, controlling income gap between citizens and countrymen, improving farmers' survival and development status. It should be well done to the basic benefits for vast farmer mass.
