基层电大远程教学资源管理的探索

Exploration of Distance Teaching Resource Management of TV University at the Basic Level

依据对皖南地区七地市分校的调查分析,采用历史比较、实践经验总结等方法,把基层电大建立以来,特别是开展试点以后逐渐形成的资源管理办法归纳为"技术部门主管"和"三方协作共管"这两种模式,指出用后一种模式代替前一种模式,有利于加强和改进基层电大远程教学资源管理工作。还就如何构建和完善后一种管理模式提出了若干新的设想。

Resource management measures which the basic TV university was built, especially formed gradually after the project on trial, are summed up as 'engineering department executive and three sides cooperate condominium' based on the investigation and analysis of seven branch schools in the south of Anhui by comparing the history and summarizing the experience. The article points out that replacing the first kind of mode with the last kind of mode helps to strengthen and improve the distance teaching resource management of TV university at the basic level, and puts forward several new imaginations on how to structure and perfect the latter management mode.
