Rational Thinking on Perfecting Running Mechanism of State Power

就我国宪政建设事业而言,一个作为建设组织者、领导者的强有力国家权力运行系统是不可或缺的,同时该权力系统又是必须得到公众的信任和支持的;针对现阶段我国国家权力运行机制存在着权力的失范化、分散化、私有化、空场化等问题,我国应从权力轴心的法制化、权力分配体制的科学化、权力运行的透明化等方面着手进行完善。

As for constitutionalism construction of our country , a strong running mechanism of state power action as the organizer is essential,while the system of state power can not run smoothly without the trust of the public. In this essay,the mam points are:at this stage, the main defaults of state power system hein-the tendency of power distortion , the tendency of power decentralization. the tendency of pursing power for private interests , the tendency of power imperfection. In this connection ,we can perfecting the state power system by strengthening the legal ststem of power axis , correcting the power distribution sytem properly and building open politics.
