The design of hardware and software of automatic control system,using PC-Busindustry control computer,was indroduced.This system was used to control the process of making up etching acid for Aluminium foil,which including:making up etching acid forpositive electrode foil;making up etching acid for negative electrode foil and making up additive acids. The system designed possess a find user's interface and a good economic benefit has been gained,after application.
