荆花胃康胶丸的GC指纹图谱研究

Study on GC Fingerprint of Jinghua weikang Capsule

目的 利用气相色谱技术建立荆花胃康胶丸的指纹图谱。 方法 用 HP1710 (3 0 m× 0 .3 2 mmi.d1.0 μm) ;色谱柱 ;柱温采用程序升温 ,进样口温度 2 60℃ ;检测器 FID。结果 建立的指纹图谱中共有 10个主要共有峰 ,且方法学考察符合规定的标准。结论 该方法准确简便 ;可作为控制荆花胃康胶丸内在质量的有效手段。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the GC fingerprint of Jinghua weikang Capsule.METHODS Chromatographic conditions were as follows:HP1710 column(30m×0.32mmi.d 1.0μm)was adopted.The column temperature rise by programing,injector temperature was at 260℃,flame ionization detector.RESULTS Fingerprint consisted of 10 common peaks.The validation of methods meet the requirements for SFDA's technical regulation.CONCLUSION The method was accurate and simple for quality control of Jinghhua weikang Capsule.
