摘要
作者以云南电网公司创建学习型企业的实践为例,在对企业发展中面对的现实境遇进行简要分析的基础上,重点探讨了学习型组织理论的立论基础,首次完整提出“人性论、系统论、生态论是学习型组织理论的立论基础”的新观点,并以云南电网公司的创建模式和具体经验为据,集中论述了创建学习型企业是现代企业实现文化创新的基本途径,回答了创建学习型企业与企业文化建设的内在关系问题。
The author mainly discusses the argumentative basis of the study style organization theory by taking the practice of Yunnan Electricity Grid Company in building study style enterprise and by analyzing the realistic circumstances that enterprises are facing in their development. For the first time, the author fully presents a new viewpoint of humanity theory, system theory and ecology theory being argumentative bases of the study style organization theory, and believes that building study style enterprises is a basic way for modern enterprises to realize culture innovation.
