摘要
根据修船产业的资源依赖性、技术复杂性、周期短暂性和服务多样性等特点指出在建设造船强国的总框架下,修船发展战略的3个重点,即技术进步、行业管理和宏观政策,阐述了修船发展面临的前所未有的机遇。
Under the general frame for a strong country in ship-building,three major points must be stressed including technical improvement,trade management and macroexaminatic policy.This paper expounds the unprecedented chances for the developing ship-repair enterprises according to the characteristics of resources dependability,technology complicacy, short period and service diversity.
