醋酸水溶液络合萃取过程优化与分析 被引量:5

摘要 用正交试验设计络合萃取醋酸过程研究方案,通过极差分析法和统计软件分析试验结果,得出过程在所选因素水平范围内的最优条件为:0.2331mol/L的醋酸、体积百分比为30%的三烷基胺、50%的正辛醇、温度25℃;在影响醋酸络合萃取过程的因素中,正辛醇的体积百分比最显著,其次为三烷基胺的体积百分比。研究结果对各种因素相互制约与交叉且会同时变化的实际络合萃取过程具有指导意义。 A research scheme for complex-extraction course of acetic acid was designed with the orthogonal test. From the test results by range analysis method and statistical software analysis. The optimal conditions in the scope of selected factor levels in the course are acetic acid of 0.233L mol/L, trialkylamine of 30%, n-octanol of 50%(volume ratio), and temperature of 25℃; in the factors affecting the complex-extraction course of acetic acid, the volume per cent of n-octanol is the most outstanding; the volume per cent of trialkylamine come to the second. The research results have guiding significance for the practical complex-extraction course in which various factors are restricted and overlapped by each other, and furthermore they shall concurrently change.
