摘要
煤层气井压裂投产后,地层出砂而砂埋产层导致生产中断。根据煤层气井的低压特点,提出了通过机械捞砂来清砂的技术。本文介绍了油管捞砂和绳索捞砂,该捞砂技术能有效清除井底沉砂,不产生储层污染和地面污染,省时高效,得到了现场验证,建议在煤层气井推广应用。
After hydraulic fracturing and start - up of the coal bed gas well, the sand out of the earth can cover the productive seam and thus interrupt the gas production. Based on the low pressure of the coal bed gas well, the sand removal technology by mechanical sand fishing is put forward. This paper presents the sand fishing by tubing carrier and steel line carrier, respectively, which can effectively remove the deposited sand at the bottom of the well and will not bring pollution to the reservoir as well as the ground. By field testing, this technology proves to be of high efficiency and save operation time, so its application and dissemination is recommended in the coalbed gas wells.
