摘要
工业废弃电石渣非常适合于烟气脱硫。通过电石渣干燥、粉碎和分级试验研究,开发了电石渣烟气脱硫剂的干燥装置并应用于工业实践。采用该装置制备的脱硫剂,完全能满足脱硫要求,具有广阔的应用前景。
Discarded calcium carbide slag can be reused for flue desulphurization after a simple processing. Through the drying 、 pulverizing and classifying test of the slag, a set of drying equipment for calcium carbide slag as desulfurizer was developed and put into practice. After proper treatment, calcium carbide slag can completely replace hydrated lime for flue desulphurization.
