安宫牛黄丸治疗脑中风34例临床观察

Therapeutic effects of Angongniuhuang pill on 34 patients with cerebral stroke

目的 观察安宫牛黄丸治疗脑中风意识障碍、抽搐、发热的临床疗效。方法 将 5 4例急性脑中风患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 34例 ,在常规综合抢救治疗的基础上 ,应用安宫牛黄丸 ,对照组 2 0例给予常规综合抢救治疗 ,观察 2组用药后的情况。结果 在改善神志和控制抽搐方面 ,治疗组优于对照组(P <0 .0 5 ) ,在控制体温方面治疗组也优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Angongniuhuang pill on patients with acute cerebral stroke. Methods 54 patients with acute cerebral stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in control group were treated with routine emergent administration; the patients in treatment group, on the basis of control group, were treated with Angongniuhuang pill.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results Angongniuhuang pill could improve consciousness and control twitch obviously, as compared with control group (P<0.05);the effect of Angongniuhuang pill in controlling patients' body temperature was also superior to that of control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Angongniuhuang pill has a definite therapeutic effect on acute cerebral stroke.
