Policy Defect and Strategy Choice in the Process of Industrial Restructuring in Gansu Province

改革开放以来,甘肃与其他省份经济增长的差距有越来越大的趋势,形成差距的一个重要原因是甘肃产业结构中存在一系列问题,本文对此进行分析,并提出针对性的解决思路。

After enforcing the reform and opening policies,the disparity of economic growth between Ganshu and other provinces has been more and more enlarged,one of the important causes is that there exist many defects in the process of industrial restructuring . We in this paper analyze this problem and put forward our suggestions about the adjustment of policy.
