介绍了1 997年6月2 7日北京东方化工厂储运分厂油品车间储罐区特大爆炸火灾事故的调查认定情况,由于事故发生突然,火灾现场燃烧严重,许多直接物证已无法查证,事故发生的原因和最后结论还存在许多争议,通过现场勘查,与有关部门的技术人员和专家为事故原因的定性。

June 27, 1997, a severe chemical fire accident broke out at The East Chemistry Factory of Beijing municipal, destroyed the main manufacture facility, the total property loss was over 100,000,000 Yuan. The Beijing municipal government set up an investigation group to inspect this accident. The author was fire investigation specialist of the inspection group, did massive on-the-scene investigation and experiments. Because of lacking direct evidence, the final official decision of the fire course was controversial. This article provided information of the investigation procedure.
