Research and Design of XML Document Analysis Model

XML本身并没有提供与应用程序交互的接口 ,而必须用XML分析器来处理XML文档。该文主要研究了XML文档分析器的两种分析模型 --树分析模型和线性分析模型 --的特点 ,接着介绍了两种分析模型对应的典型例子 --DOM和SAX ,研究了两者的分析机制和优缺点 ,并讨论了二者的应用范围。

XML itself doesn't provide any interfaces for application, so we must take advantage of XML parser to deal with XML Documents. Tree model and Linear model are two main models of XML document parser. This paper first mainly describes this two parsing models' characteristics and their representative example, including DOM and SAX, and then analyses their parsing mechanism as well as their advantages and disadvantages respectively.
