摘要
应用声化学方法,分别以FeCl2 尿素、ZnCl2 FeCl2 尿素、FeCl2 FeCl3 尿素水溶液作为前期反应物获得Fe3O4、ZnxFe3-xO4、α Fe2O3纳米晶,结合XRD、TEM、SAED、HRTEM表征手段对产物进行了研究。对纳米晶声化学形成机理和微结构演化过程进行了分析、讨论,并对铁氧体的微结构与磁、电性能之间的关系加以探讨。
By means of sonochemical method,Fe_3O_4,ZnFe_2O_4 and α-Fe_2O_3 nanocrystallines were synthesized from FeCl_2/urea,ZnCl_2/FeCl_2/urea and FeCl_2·4H_2O/FeCl_3/urea solutions,correspondingly.The products were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) as well as selected area electron diffraction (SAED).Special attention was paid to the microstructure of the nanocrystallines using high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HREM).Probable mechanisms for the sonochemical formation of ferrites nanocrystallines were discussed.
