摘要
利用正交试验设计,用钢渣、铁屑自制混凝剂对印染废水进行处理,研究钢渣与铁屑的比例、盐酸和硝酸的用量、混凝剂的用量及pH值对混凝效果的影响.结果表明:钢渣和铁屑总质量为15g,质量比m(钢渣)∶m(铁屑)为4∶1,混酸的体积为20mL,混凝剂投加量为25mg/L,pH值为6,经处理后废水的CODCr去除率为87.4%,透光率为89.3%,色度去除率为93.3%.
The author-made coagulant from steel slag and iron filling were used to treat the textile dyeing and printing wastewater with a orthogonal experiment designing in order to study the influences of slag/ filling ratios, hydrochloric and nitric acid amts., coagulant amts. and pH values on the coagulation effect. The research revealed that the treatment of the wastewater with total amt. of slag and fillings at 15 g, slag/ filling ratio of 4∶1, mixed acid volume of 20 mL, coagulant amt. of 25 mg/L and at pH 6 resulted in a CODCr removal rate of 87.4%, transparency of 89.3% and color removal rate of 93.3%.
