低盐活性染料的选择试验

通过对各种活性染料在不同盐用量下染色,测其K/S值,计算不同盐用量下染物的K/S值的提升率、不同盐用量下染物的K/S值占50g/L盐用量下染物K/S值的百分率,并通过不同盐用量下染物的K/S值的相对百分率等分析,选择出对盐依赖性较小的低盐活性染料,得出瑞士汽巴LS系列、上海染化八厂EF系列、日本住友SumifixHF系列活性染料在较低盐用量(30g/L)条件下,具有较高的上染率,适宜低盐染色.

Reactive dyes with less salt-dependence were selected through dyeing with various reactive dyes at different salt amts., detg. their K/S values, calculating the K/S value increase rate of the textiles dyed at different salt amts. and the K/S value percentages of the textiles dyed at different salt amts. as compared to that of the 50 g/L salt-dyed textiles, and analyzing the relative percentages of the textiles dyed at different salt amts. It was found that the reactive dyes such as LS series (Ciba, Switzerland), EF series (Shanghai Dyestuff Chem. Plant No. 8) and Sumifix HF series (Sumitomo, Japan) were suitable for low-salt dyeing as they gave good dye pickup when dyeing at low salt concns. (30 g/L).
