β-防御素与鼻黏膜免疫

摘要 防御素(defensins)是重要的一类抗微生物肽,在结构上分为α-防御素(α-defensin)和β-防御素(β-defensin)。β-防御素主要分布在脊椎动物的皮肤、黏膜等上皮组织,构成机体抵御微生物的第一道化学屏障,在鼻黏膜免疫中发挥了重要作用。
