为了全面评价醚菊酯对鱼类的安全性,研究了鲤鱼在不同浓度醚菊酯0.685、1.39、2.78、5.56mg/L(分别为48hLC的1/80、1/40、1/20、1/10)的60d暴露实验中,其行为、生长和血液生理生化指标所受到的不同50影响。结果表明,1/80、1/40、1/20组鲤鱼的生长受到的影响不显著,1/10组鲤鱼的生长在20d后受到的影响显著;1/20、1/10组鲤鱼的行为和摄食受到一定的影响,后期很少摄食,游动缓慢;1/10组鲤鱼生理生化指标受到的影响极显著,1/20、1/40组随着染毒时间的延长影响效果也逐渐显著,1/80组影响不显著。中毒鱼Hb量和RBC数量减少,表现出贫血;血清ALT、AST活性升高;Na+浓度降低,表现为高血钾和低血钠症;高浓度试验组鲤鱼血液生化指标的变化与对照组间存在着显著(P<0.05)或极显著的差异(P<0.01);浓度组1/10和1/20在实验结束时死亡率各为25%和15%。
In order to provide a general evaluation of the susceptibility of fish to ethofenprox, experiments were conducted to determine differential effects on behavior and growth as well as on physiological and biochemical parameters in the blood of carp exposed for 60 d to ethofenprox at 0.685, 1.39, 2.78, and 5.56 mg/L (1/80, 1/40, 1/20, and 1/10, respectively, of the 48-h LC50). Concentrations of 1/80, 1/40, and 1/20 of the 48-h LC50 did not affect growth of carp while the 1/10 concentration significantly affected growth after 20 d. One-tenth and 1/20 of the 48-h LC50 affected behavior and feeding, with feeding becoming rare and swimming slow during the latter period. Physiological and biochemical parameters were greatly influenced by the 1/10 concentration, while the 1/20 and 1/40 concentrations caused increasingly significant changes as exposure time increased, and the 1/80 concentration had no effect. Moder- ately poisoned fish expressed anemia, with declines in Hb concentration and RBC number, while blood serum ALT and AST activity increased, and symptoms of high potassium and low sodium were exhibited. Differences in physiological and biochemical parameters between the high concentration group and the untreated control were either significant (P <0.05) or highly significant (P>0.05). Mortality at the end of the experiment was 0.25 and 0.15% for the 1/10 and 1/20 concentration groups, respectively.
