摘要
使用带有二极管阵列检测器和C18色谱柱的高效液相色谱仪,在乙腈∶水=4∶6作为流动相、检测波长239nm、流速1ml/min的条件下,能较好的将单嘧磺酯和杂质分离开来。方法平均回收率98.9%,变异系数0.29%。
Relatively good separation of monosulfuron ester from impurities was obtained using high performance liquid chromatography with a diode array detector and C18 column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile/water in a 4:6 ratio (v:v), with a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, and detection wavelength of 239 nm. Average recovery was 98.9% and coefficient of variation was 0.29%.
