多层螺旋CT对气管、支气管病变的诊断价值 被引量:4

摘要 传统CT影像能清晰显示气道的轴位像,但不能显示气管、支气管树的整体形态。多层螺旋CT可对气道进行多平面、三维立体和仿真支气管内镜重组,从任意角度观察气管、支气管树的轮廓,弥补了传统CT的不足。就多层螺旋CT气管、支气管树的重组技术、临床应用及其限度等方面的内容进行综述。
