Synaptotag min在免疫细胞胞吐中的作用
摘要
Synaptotagmin(Syt)是一大类膜转运蛋白 ,现已发现 13个成员 ,被认为是神经、内分泌、免疫以及其它细胞胞吐过程中的主要钙传感器 (calciumsensor)。本文综述了Syt的结构、基因、功能以及其在几种免疫细胞中的表达和作用。
