子宫内膜异位症患者sICAM-1、sVCAM-1、sCD_(44)V6水平变化及临床意义

Levels and clinical significance of sICAM-1、sVCAM-1、sCD_(44)V6 of patients with endometriosis

目的 探讨子宫内膜异位症 (EM)患者血清及腹腔液 (PF)中可溶性细胞间粘附分子 1(s ICAM- 1)、可溶性血管细胞间粘附分子 1(s VCAM- 1)、血管内皮细胞生长因子 (VEGF)、可溶性 CD4 4粘附分子 V6 (s CD4 4V6 )水平变化及临床意义。方法 将诊断性腹腔镜检查和部分开腹手术的不孕患者根据术后诊断分为 EM组和对照组 ,采用 EL ISA法检测其血清及 PF中 s ICAM- 1、s VCAM- 1、VEGF、s CD4 4V6水平。结果 EM组腹腔液中s ICAM- 1、s VCAM- 1、VEGF、s CD4 4V6含量 (ng/ m l)分别为 (437.5± 12 6 .2 )、(46 .5± 13.3)、(96 .2± 2 0 .3)、(32 8.2± 93.5 ) ,与对照组各相应检测值 (ng/ ml) [分别为 (2 2 3.8± 96 .3)、(17.5± 8.7)、(18.8± 10 .4 )、(77.9±14 .6 ) ]比较均有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,EM组血清 VEGF、s CD4 4V6含量 (ng/ ml)分别为 (46 .2± 9.1)、(184 .6±39.7) ,与对照组比较 P<0 .0 1。结论 腹腔液中 s ICAM- 1、s VCAM- 1、VEGF水平升高及异位内膜CD4 4V6的表达增加可能为 EM发生、发展的机制。

Objective To explore the levels and clinical significance of soluble intercellular adhesive molecule (sICAM-1),soluble vascular intercellular adhesive molecule (sVCAM-1),vascular endotheliocyte growth factor (VEGF) and soluble CD44 adhesive molecule V6 (sCD44V6) in blood serum and peritoneal fluid (PF) of endometriosis (EM) patients in the onset of EM.Methods The acyesis patients who underwent diagnostic abdominoscope examination and laparotomy in some were divided into EM group and control group according to post-operative diagnosis.The levels of sICAM-1,sVCAM-1,VEGF and sCD44V6 in the serum and PF in the patients were detected with ELISA to study the pathologic mechanism of EM.Results The levels (ng/ml) of sICAM-1,sVCAM-1,VEGF and sCDE44V6 in the PFof EM group were respectively (437.5±126.2),(46.5±13.3),(96.2±20.3) and (328.2±93.5),which were significantly different from those of the control group being (223.8±96.3),(17.5±8.7),(18.8±10.4) and (77.9±14.6),respecticely (P<0.01).The levels of serum VEGF,sCD44V6 (ng/ml) were (46.2±9.1),(184.6±39.7) respectively in EM group,P<0.01 (compared with control group).Conclusion Increase of the levels of sICAM-1,sVCAM-1 and VEGF in PF and the expression of CD44V6 in ectopic tunica intima maybe pathogenesis of EM.
