摘要
基于HeleShaw流动模型推导出共注射成型充填模拟的数值模型基础上,通过引入厚度分数,采用控制体积法实现了充填过程中多重运动界面的追踪。等温数值模拟结果与MOLDFLOW的模拟结果相吻合,并能正确反映粘度对层厚分布的影响。
On the basis of the general Hele-Shaw flow model, therrmo-mechanical model describing the flow of polymers in the mold cavity was developed. With the introduction of thickness fraction of materials, control volume method was used to trace the moving interface during polymers mold filling. The results of isothermal numerical simulations agreed with that of MOLDFLOW and experiments, and could correctly describe the effects of viscosity on the distribution of core gapwise.
