通过对法的实然内涵的界定,以及西方历代思想家有关于法的实然学说的探析,有利于我们进一步开展社会主义法的实然性的研究,进一步完善我国的法治建设,从而使我们的社会主义法达到实然与应然的统一。

Have an analysis of the definition of what law is and the theories of what law is of western past dynasties thinkers, helps us to launch the research of what the socialist law is further, further it perfects our country governed by law construction, it thus can't make socialist law of us unable to reach what-it-is and what-to-be unity.
