浅谈清末股份制企业政企关系的走向

On the Trend of the Relation Between the Government and Enterprises in the Stock-enterprises in the End of the Qing Dynasty

清末股份制企业的政企关系逐渐由政企合一模式向政企分离模式转变,但政府并未彻底放弃以行政权力干预企业经济活动的做法,传统的政府干预经济政策具有很大惯性,使清政府总是试图依靠政治权力直接约束资本主义企业,封建专制政治体制阻碍了政企关系的良性互动。

In the end of the Qing Dynasty, the relationship between the government and enterprises had experienced the transition from the government-enterprise integrity to the government-enterprise division. However, the Qing Dynasty government hadn't completely abandoned the means of the administrative interference in the enterprises' operation. Influenced by the traditional policy of economic interference, the government frequently attempted to rely on its political power to restrain the capitalism enterprises. The political system of feudalism hindered the mutual aid and cooperation between the government and enterprises.
