摘要
2000年英国继续教育国家培训组织(FENTO)成立伊始,便组织专家、学者制定并推出了一套完整的继续教育教师从业标准,从3个领域80个方面对教师作出了全面要求.本文对这套标准的具体内容加以解读,以为我国职业教育教师队伍的建设、管理和发展提供参考.
FENTO, a newly structured organization founded in 2000, issued a set of standards for teaching and supporting learning in further education as one of its first important tasks. The standards are composed of 80 items in three categories, such as, professional sense, technical quality and teaching quality. They are the wisdoms of a large group of professional scholars, not only practical, broad in coverage, but also highly referential to the construction, management and development of the teaching staff of the vocational and technical education in China.
