A Brief Review on Reading English Literary Classics from a Postcolonial Perspective

随着20世纪90年代后殖民主义理论在中国的引进和接受,国内学界也开始运用该理论对英国经典文学作品从后殖民批评视角进行重新解读。对近年来国内这一研究状况进行简要回顾,并展望其研究前景。

With the introduction and acceptance of postcolonial theory in China in the 1990s, Chinese readers began to reread the western literary classics, mainly English classic works, from a postcolonial criticism perspective. This thesis attempts to have a brief review as well as a prospect for its future.
