In order to speed up the construction of skip shaft and guarantee quality and safety of construction,a multi point construction method was accepted in Shaanxi Taibai Gold Mine,with a satisfactory result. Based on years of construction management and through survey experience,the author discusses technical measures and error control of through survey,as well as issues that should be paid attention to during construction management.
