摘要
论述了位于非稳定高边坡坡肩的某大型工厂地基的大变形历史及其土体加固措施。为消除厂房及基础大变形破坏 ,对其地基进行包括现场灌注桩、地梁、旋喷桩及地层注浆等地基加固措施 ,持续 6年以上的变形监测表明 ,加固措施有效地控制了地基变形 ,给出了加固结构的钢筋应力计测试结果 。
The deformation process of a key factory on an unstable crest of cut slope and the related ground strengthening measures are taken for the deformed foundation are described. The ground strengthening measures are taken to avoid excessive deformation including filling piles, footing beams and chemical churning piles as well as inject grout. After monitoring for 6 years, the results show that the foundation deformation has been successfully controlled by those measures. The test results by steel stress gauge for the buried reinforced structures are presented, as well as the experience gained in the monitoring of slope and foundation deformation and in the strengthening measures.
