摘要
对攀枝花钛铁矿的机械活化及失活条件进行了研究。结果表明 ,采用滚筒球磨活化时 ,适宜的磨球直径为 2 0mm左右 ,球料比为 70∶1左右。活化的钛铁矿在自然存放时其活性逐渐降低 ,而当存放在 10 0℃以上时 ,其活性迅速下降。这预示着机械活化过程中由于热效应产生的系统温度的升高 ,必将使活化效率下降 ,因此机械活化过程应在室温甚至低温下进行。活化钛铁矿的失活速率与温度有关 ,符合Arrhenius指数规律 ,失活能为 5 .94kJ mol。
Panzhihua ilmenite ore was activated with a tumbling ball mill. The optimal ball diameter and the mass ratio of ball/ilmenite were 20 mm and 70∶1, respectively. The activated ilmenite may gradually lose its activity at room temperature. With the increasing aging temperature, the activity of activated ore decreased rapidly during storage. This predicts that the frictional heat generated during milling will reduce activation efficiency. Thus it is suggested that the milling operation is conducted at room temperature or even a lower temperature. The rate of deactivation depends on the storage temperature of activated ore, which conforms to the Arrhenius exponential law. A deactivation energy of 5.94 kJ/mol was obtained by data fitting.
