摘要 通过力学性能测试、透射电镜观察和电子衍射花样分析等手段研究了不同时效处理工艺对Cu-0 .5Cr合金 (质量百分数 )组织与性能的影响。结果表明 :该合金 45 0℃ 4h时效处理 ,其强度达最大值 ,Cr对合金性能的影响是通过沉淀强化来实现的 。 Influence of different aging treatment on the structure and property of Cu-0.5Cr alloy (with mass percent of 10%) has been studied by testing mechanical property, observing with transmission electron microscope and analyzing with electronic diffraction. Results show that such kind of alloy, after aging treatment at 450 ℃ for 4 hours, can reach the maximum strength, and Cr will influence the property of alloy by precipitation strengthening. A discussion was made on the quantitative relation for such alloy's precipitation strengthening mechanism.
