关于完善贵州区域创新环境体系的研究

Research on the Perfect of Guizhou Regional Innovative Environment System

区域创新能力对企业的创新方向和创新活力产生着深远的影响,而区域创新环境直接影响到区域创新的能力。通过对区域创新环境体系对引导技术资源流向、培育创新主体、提供创新所需要的各种资源等功能的分析,提出区域创新环境体系由政府政策环境、对外合作与开放的环境、区域产业及企业内环境、市场环境、人力资源要素环境和自然、人文环境等构成。并结合贵州目前创新能力较低的状况,提出培育和完善贵州区域创新环境体系的相关措施。

The capability of regional innovation has profound influence on the innovation direct and vitality of an enterprise, which is affected by the regional environment.Based on the analysis of the functions of various needed resources in the regional innovative environment system, this article put forward the main factors in its construction such as the policy environment, cooperation and open-up environment,market environment and etc.In addition, some relevant measures are proposed to perfect the mentioned system.
