摘要
职业师范学生的素质培养,是职业师范人才培养的一个中心问题。只有重视了学生基本素质的培养,职业师范学生的职业理想、职业道德教育以及职业行为规范的养成教育,才能成为现实。
One of the core contents in training capable persons in the Professional Normal College is the quality training.Only with the emphasis of students' basic quality could the professional ideal and the ethics education be developed.
