拒腐防变是提高党长期执政能力的重大政治任务

随着历史方位的转变 ,提高执政能力 ,巩固长期执政的地位已成为中国共产党所面临的重大战略课题。但 是越是长期执政越容易产生削弱执政能力的腐败现象 ,只有树立拒腐防变的意识才能保持“立党为公 ,执政为民”的执政观 ,加强提高执政能力的能动性 ,巩固党长期执政的思想基础 ;只有提高拒腐防变的能力才能切实完成全党提高执政能力建没的目标和任务 ,提升全党的公信力水平 ,全面推进党的建设新的伟大工程 ,进一步巩固党长期执政的现实基础 。

With the change of historical position of Chinese Communist Party, the great strategic task faced by the Party is to improve the competence for governing and consolidate the leading status of long-term governing. But the longer a party is in power, the easier for it to be influenced by corruption phenomenon. So only by setting up the consciousness of repelling the corrupting influence and getting ready for any emergency can the Party keep the governing view of 'founding the Party for public, being in power for the people', strengthen the dynamic role of ruling ability, and consolidate the base of thought of the long-term governing. Only by improving the competence for governing can the Party earnestly fulfill the task and achieve the aim of improving the competence for governing construction, and raise the level of public trust of the whole Party, comprehensively promote the great project of the Party's construction, further strengthen the Party's reality base of long-term governing. This is a very important political task the whole Party must implement at once.
