西宁文化的内涵、特征及其发展方向调查分析报告

西宁文化是西宁地区历经 2 1 0 0多年的历史演变过程 ,由农耕文化与游牧文化交汇而形成 ,以河湟文化为中 心独具特色的移民文化。其形成及发展可以用三个阶段、七项标志和一大趋势加以概括。其特征表现为多元一体性、融合性、开放性与封闭性、区域内的中心性与中心内的边缘性和独一性 ;其内容十分丰富 ,集古代文化、民族文化、宗教文化、当代文化以及乡村文化、牧区文化和城市文化于一体 ,因而在走向现代化的过程中独具优势。西宁文化建设的主旨是要妥善解决发掘与保护、传承与发展的关系 ,其中包括创设发展环境 ,确定发展方向、发展途径、发展内容以及发展重点。
